I like for my husband and I to do something special. Not in particularly flowers...if we just go out to dinner or rent a movie to watch after the kids are in bed I am good!!

I'm with ya on this one, but the funniest thing? I get so confused by all these new acronyms - seems there's one for everything - LOL, ROTFLMAO, OH, DD, WTF, IMHO, and my personal idiotic favorite, IBN (I'm Buck Naked) - so when I came across OB in your post I scrunched my eyes and said aloud, "OB...OB?...What in the world is OB?"

That is great. I had a c-section with my daughter and they said I could have her on the 27th or the 28th. I chose the 27th because the 28th was our one year wedding anniversary. I didn't want her to feel left out if we wanted to do something on our anniversary...but we never do anything so it doesn't matter anyways. Maybe when she is in college!

Like you, I had a little input into scheduling the arrival date. Boy was I sneaky, really sneaky. Scheduled Mr. M's birthday to coincide with Mother's Day. But he's young yet. We'll see if my diabolical plan works when he's grown.

I too was on bedrest for 5 months...We sold/bought a house and moved during that time as well. That was the easiest move I ever made. :)

Yes, yes. I am living this same life. The only time flowers were remotely interesting for me was when I worked in a doctors office and ALL the girls got them...except me -- and THEY made a big deal out of it. Otherwise I never even noticed.
